Position overview
Are you passionate about firefighting, innovative solutions, and building meaningful client relationships? Vallfirest, a leading international company specializing in the design, manufacturing, and sales of cutting-edge firefighting equipment, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Representative to join our team in North America.
He/She will work with the Director of Sales to develop a sales strategy for their territory, open new business opportunities, train and support distributors, attend events and work with VFT Customer Service Representatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales strategy development and execution
· Develop and implement sales strategies for the assigned region, aligning with Vallfirest's overall objectives in the emergency sector.
· Analyze local market trends in the fire and emergency industry, setting clear and achievable sales goals.
· Engage with clients to understand their needs, offering tailored solutions and exploring new business opportunities.
· Represent Vallfirest at industry trade shows, conferences, and events to stay current with market developments and reinforce our brand.
· Monitor regional sales performance, adjust strategies as needed, and report results to senior management.
· Meet or exceed defined sales targets and objectives.
Account management and client relationships
· Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, fire departments, local authorities, and key stakeholders in your region.
· Travel regularly (60-70%) to visit current and potential clients, ensuring their satisfaction with Vallfirest’s products and services.
· Provide expert advice on wildland firefighting solutions, highlighting how Vallfirest’s technology can enhance operational safety and efficiency.
CRM Management (Salesforce)
· Manage and update all client information, sales opportunities, and activities in Salesforce CRM.
· Use CRM data to identify sales trends, forecast opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
· Ensure data accuracy and consistency in client records, adhering to company protocols.
Cross-Functional collaboration
· Work closely with marketing, customer service, and operations teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
· Provide marketing with valuable insights into client needs and regional trends to help create tailored campaigns and sales materials.
· Collaborate with the product team to share feedback on product performance, client needs, and suggestions for improvements.
